Refund & cancellation policy
Printing is a physical service, so this is deliberately simple: if the paper did not come out the way you paid for, you do not pay for it.
When you get your money back automatically
- The job failed at the printer — a jam, an empty tray, a machine fault.
- The job never printed and was cancelled.
- You were charged twice for the same job.
In these cases you do not have to ask. The system reverses the charge when it marks the job failed.
When to ask us
- It printed, but wrongly — wrong pages, wrong side, wrong size.
- You paid and the job never reached the queue.
- Anything else that does not look right on your receipt.
Tell the counter your job number, or contact us below. If the mistake was ours you get a free reprint or a refund, whichever you prefer.
When we cannot refund
Once pages have printed correctly to the settings you chose, we cannot refund them — the paper and toner are used. If you chose the wrong settings, tell us anyway; we would rather reprint it cheaply than have you leave unhappy.
How long it takes
Refunds go back to the account you paid from, through Razorpay. We send them within 2 working days of approving them. Your bank then takes its own time — usually 5–7 working days for a card, faster for UPI.
You will see the refund against the original payment, not as a separate credit.
Cancelling a job
You can cancel any job you have not yet scanned at the kiosk, from your prints list. Anything you paid for it is released back to you. Once you have scanned and it is printing, it cannot be cancelled.
SHOP_NAME, SHOP_ADDRESS and
SUPPORT_EMAIL in the server's environment. Razorpay requires
a reachable business identity on these pages before approving a live
account. Have a professional review this wording against your
obligations — it describes what the software does, which is the honest
basis for a policy, but it is not legal advice.
